Yesterday, July 27th 2010. Ravi Baswani, comedian actor died in Shimla. His name will forever be associated & remembered for his work in Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro (1983).

Ravi Vaswani will always be remembered for his much recognized comic roles, as his comic timing is really fabulous.

The Comedian actor, Ravi passed away at the age of 64 years (September 29, 1946 – July 27, 2010). Ravi came into bollywood in 1981, when how debuted in “Chashme Badoor”.

Ravi Baswani’s character in Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro will always be considered as remarkable works by an actor in comedy role, as he got Filmfare Best Comedian Award for Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro.

Ravi Baswani was planning up to direct some children film; its story revolves around a 10 year old orphan, who resides with his grandmother in the hills. But unfortunately, yesterday afternoon Ravi Vaswani succumbed to heart-attack, in a place named Haldwani, which is near Nainital.

Ravi came to Haldwani with some of people, to decide up the locations, but now the children film, which Ravi Baswani was planning up to direct, might not be materialized.

Ravi Baswani’s close friend Ashok Pandit revealed that, “Ravi Vaswani, succumbed to cardiac attack. But before we could obtain medical-aid in Haldwani, Ravi passed way. Ravi’s death is an immense shock.”

Sudesh Sayal, producer of a TV show Panchi, whose director was Ravi Baswani told that simple person like Ravi Baswani, who had got no addiction or bad habits such as smoking or drinking, knowing that now Ravi is dead due to heart stroke, this news is really a great shock to people who know Ravi Baswani.
