Moulin Rouge star, Zsa Zsa Gabor suffers from a broken hip after she fell off the bed.

Her husband, Von Anhalt ,said “She’s in the emergency room. She has a broken hip, and they have to operate on her,” “It’s a complicated thing. It was an accident. And she is not that young anymore.”

The 93 year old was reaching for the phone on Saturday night, when she accidentally fell off the bed. Von Anhalt called 911 immediately.

“Her family is by her side. No other information is available from the hospital per the family’s request,” says hospital spokeswoman Roxanne Yamaguchi Moster.

Zsa Zsa was watching “Jeopardy” with the Publcist John Blanchette when it happened.

“She has an active mind. She’s very bright. She’s funny. She always makes me laugh whenever I talk to her,” Blanchette said. “Her body’s failing her.”

According to Blanchette, Gabor’s body is weak and almost revolved around the wheelchair.

Gabor went through a car accident in 2002 and since she has never been completely healthy. He added that her husband takes immense care of her.

Zsa Zsa Gabor is known for marrying 8 times. She has achieved a lot of good roles and applaud for her performances on some of the best known movies of her time including The story of Three Loves, The girl in Kremlin and The touch of evil.
