One of the biggest events of the United States has in it millions for the coastline of the North Carolina. The 52nf annual celebration of the Blue Rock Fishing Tournament of Morehead city, North Carolina is to bring in $5 million to the coast this year. The event starts with the 11th of June to the 19th of June.

Having a huge prize money, the Blue Rock Fishing contest attracts more than 150 boat contestants have come up as yet.

The huge prize money is more than a $1.6 million. The Executive Director of the Crystal Coast Tourism Authority claims the event to be indeed the biggest event of fishing at the east coast.

The first lucky participant to catch bring the Big Blue, named with the boat – Boat Citation, was from the Outer Banks.

The tournament also gives away even bigger prize money to the lucky team to victory over all the Blue Marlin stages.

The reward holds over $9,12, 825. The contest also holds a much for to give away around $2 million dollars as charity funds too!
