It is Tuesday that has become sordid for Hollywood because of the heartbreaking news of the death of evergreen legendry Gloria Stuart at the age of 100. Gloria Stuart was nominated for Oscar Award. She was a hypnotic actress who glorified Titanic movie with her matchless acting caliber by playing the role of elderly survivor.

Her niece Sylvia Thompson told DLN sources that she died at her residence. So far as the reasons behind the death of gloriously talented actress are concerned so reasons are still unclear. She also told that Gloria was diagnosed with Lung Cancer in the year 2005.

Apart from being an actress who played the role of survivor in Titanic she was also a survivor of Breast Cancer. But she did not bother about it and lead her life gracefully.

Present generation knows about only Kate Winslet who played the role of Rose Dawson in the all time hit movie Titanic but the present generation does not know abut Gloria Stuart is the lady who played the role of Rose Dawson in Original Titanic Movie of 1930s. Original Version of Titanic was directed by Director James Cameron.

Gloria not only left the impact of her frantic caliber in just Titanic but she also gave nearly 50 more all time super hits like The Invisible Man, The Prisoner of Shark Island, Here Comes The Navy, Poor Little Rich Girl, Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm.

During here career she worked with all time super hit actors,  directors and producers like Claude Rains, James Whales, Warner Baxter, John Ford, James Cagney.

She soon walked away gingerly from Hollywood after becoming synonymous to matchless success and accolade owing to the roles that were being offered to her in the Hollywood studio. After walking away from Hollywood quietly she made highlights by coming back on the big screen at the fag end of her life. She spread the fragrance of her fantabulous acting on the big screen once again at age of 86 years through Titanic movie.

In this new version of Titanic she played the role of elderly survivor whereas Kate Winslet portrayed her as a Young Rose Dawson.  Through her appetence on big screen of Hollywood once again she reminded her fans that she is still there. She also made it loud and clear that although she has got old yet she no other actress of present generation stands no chance of winning the credit of the hit in front of her passionate and fabulous acting caliber.

After acting in the new version of Titanic and gracing it with her god gifted caliber she said that this was the role that I had been waiting for a long time to play. The movement I came to know about it I straightaway realized that this is my moment and it has come for me. So without wasting any time I auditioned for it and grabbed the role.

In this role I not only recalled many sweet and unforgettable memories related to the role of Rose Dawson that I played. Gloria Stuart expressed these feelings of herself in her 1999 memoir, Gloria: I just Kept Hoping.

Hopefully her entire Family will be able to come out of this shock. Moreover, not only entire Hollywood and her family are hurt with this sad news of her demise but all fans will also miss her. Although Gloria Stuart has died from this world yet everybody will keep her alive in their heart with high veneration. Gloria Stuart will always remain the good books of everyone not only as a wonderful actress but as a great human also.
