The era of music in the years of 1950 to 56 was his reign which saw many famous numbers which were part of top 40 songs and of them at least four in number which reach the number 1 position on the famous pop charts. The man married Connie Stevens, Debbie Reynolds and the beautiful Elizabeth Taylor.

The man was Eddie fisher who made his name in the world of music for his famous numbers and also a highly volatile married life for his marriages and divorces from the enchantress from Hollywood’s film world. He was 82 years of age today when he breathed his last.

According to his daughter named Tricia Leigh Fisher the singer recently had a hip surgery due to which he faced some complications which led to his death on Wednesday in his Berkeley house.

Between the famous years of his musical career there were many famous songs by the singer which reached top 40 and then some others which made it to top 1 in different pop charts, highly appreciated by the fans. The singer’s boyish charming looks also helped him establish in the television industry and in films too with famous flicks like Nothing Lasts Forever, Bundle of Joy and Butterfield 8.

But Fisher is best remembered for his three famous failed marriages with the Hollywood starlets namely Connie Stevens, Debbie Reynolds and Elizabeth Taylor. The first hit of the singer was ‘thinking of you’ which he recorded in the year 1950 and then the next year came ‘any time’ which was his famous album the first being a million seller one.
