A new scheme is going to be launched by DDA next month. As per DDA housing scheme 2010, there are more than 15,000 flats available in various categories. The brochure for this housing scheme will be available for Delhiites in next month i.e. September 2010. DDA Authorities are working on final modalities of the scheme. As per DDA housing scheme, LIG, MIG and HIG flats will be offered to public.
The Usual Lottery system will be followed by Delhi Development Authority. As per eligibility norms of the scheme, people who don’t have their own house in Delhi, only they can apply for this housing scheme.
This year flats will be available in Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini and Dwarka. There are around 2000 flats in 3-star specification in Vasant Kunj for Common wealth Games 2010. New designs as well as new type of tiles have been implied with improve material this year. DDA housing scheme is coming back after the gap of two years. In the year 2008, there was an overwhelming response by public for DDA offers.
Since 1967 DDA plays a very important role in providing houses to more than a million Delhiites. Houses in Delhi are constructed by DDA as per requirements of different stratum of society. Today I had went to Indian Bank Mayur Vihar -1. The Asstt. Manager has refused me & asked that they have no information.
